How to transfer phonebook/addressphone/phone list from Razr to RIM blackberry

1.Save all phones number in the phone book to SIM instead of phone.
2. Remove the SIM card from motorola phone and insert it into Blackberry phone
3. Pull out menu and select SIM phone book and select copy all to phone book
